Returns Policy - Failsworth Hats Ltd
Great care has been taken in supplying high quality hats. We want you to be pleased with your Failsworth Hat. If, however, you need a different size or are unhappy with your choice, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price (excluding carriage and handling).
All claims for returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
Returns are accepted provided tags have not been removed and the item is in a new and unused condition. Damaged and worn merchandise cannot be refunded or replaced. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
Customers are responsible for all carriage and insurance charges. We will recharge carriage for all exchanges, unless the exchange is as a result of an error made by Failsworth Hats or for faulty goods.
